We are a retreat oriented yoga center. Hatha, Asthanga, Isha, Sivananda. We are tcm experts so our focus includes recovery from illness, balancing for physicals and psychological imbalances and detoxification programs. Students willing to study acupuncture, qigong and health preservation are also welcome.
